This static mixer nozzle is suitable for use with 400ml twin 1:1 mix ratio cartridges. It will fit any of our 400ml cartridges no matter which adhesive is in the cartridge.

Once the adhesive has cured in the nozzle it cannot be re-used. However, by keeping the adhesive moving through the nozzle within the work like of the adhesive, one nozzle could be used all day. Simply take off the empty cartridge and place on the new cartridge and gun through as normal. Care must be taken not to force cured adhesive through a used nozzle as the pressure build up could force the adhesive back through the plungers and onto the applicator gun.
