3311 Thixotropic UV Adhesive

UV 3311 has good gap fill capability becasue of its high viscosity. UV3311 is ideal for rigid and flexible PVC as well as polycarbonate and glass wher a flexible joint is required. Stress cracking should not occur if the dwell time between application and curing is short. Tests should be made if stress cracking is an issue.

UV cure at 365Nm @ min 50mW/cm² is usual in 5 seconds to fixture. Lower energy levels will increase the time as will distance from the  lamp. To achieve  touch dry surfaces exposed to air  UV at 260Nm is usually required.  Depth of cure is dependant on the energy, distance and time.
