UV3500 Adhesive was designed as a general-purpose medium viscosity bonder working as a semi structural adhesive.

UV3500 works on most materials that transmit light through one surface, such as glass, coloured glass, clear plastics, certain coloured plastics and will blend to a wide variety of materials such as wood metal, glass, ceramics and plastics. Tests should be conducted on any plastic material to ascertain the adhesives suitability with regard to strength and crazing.

UV3500 will also work on certain stabilised plastics, which absorb UV energy.

Light intensity or illumination is the cure response mechanism so the nearer to source and the stronger the light the faster this material will respond and cure.

It is recommended to do trials on all new materials, as depth, distances and light transmission of parts will affect cure in different ways.
