Acrylic Weld Cement 250ML Kit

WC102 is a very fast acrylic weld cement ideal for use with a syringe or fine dosing tip. WC102 will evaporate very quickly and should leave no residue. As it is very thin it will "wick" into cracks and into pre-mated "L" and "T" sections when creating boxes or displays.

WC102 is available in 250, 500ml, 1 litre, 2.5 and 5 litre tins.

The 250ml only is supplied as a kit including a disposable hand syringe and fine dosing tip.

We appreciate some caravan window repairs are quite small and 250ml is far too much so we have added a 50ml bottle to the options complete with a fine dosing tip.

When using this product for the first time in caravan window repairs we recommend practising on a scrap piece or similar to familiarise yourself with how quickly it comes out of the tip.

If you spill on the window or apply too much, do not wipe off as this will smudge the window. Try to put the tip of a tissue or similar into the weld cement and allow it to be absorbed.

If your window is de-laminated, this product is likely to be too thin for the job. Have a look at WC105 which is a thicker version and will have some gap fill capability to seal the edges properly, or S1220/S1225 in the structural acrylic section. This product is a two pack system which does not weld the acrylic but will provide a structural bond none the less and will not eat into the acrylic and thus not smudge.
